In Ukraine Easter is called Velykden (The Great Day).Traditional Easter egg is called pysankas - it's a symbol of this holiday.Ukrainian women bake " paskas"- it's Ukrainian Easter bread.
In England people share chocolate eggs, called 'Easter eggs' and give them to children.
The Easter Bunny is a symbol of Easter in Great Britain.
Why is the Bunnies(Rabbits)? Because rabbits usually give birth to a big litter of babies(called kittens), so they became a symbol of new life.
English children like singing Easter songs and recite the poems about the Easter Bunny.
